The Challenge:

Keep the dealer open and doing business throughout all phases of the remodeling project. Do so with positive or little impact on the dealership’s sales, service and maintenance or customer service operations and function. Communicate with new and existing customers on how to enter and access various segments of the dealer business during construction.

The Solution:

AutoBuilders developed a phasing plan with the owner to minimize operational disruption. Implementation plan included daily meetings and one-week look ahead to coordinate the project phases and personnel.

The Result:

All goals achieved seamlessly. A potentially negative experience was a positive, successful experience and outcome. D
