Bill Nelson brings nearly two decades of experience as a construction professional. As a Regional Vice President, Bill leads AutoBuilders’ Central Regional Office encompassing the South Central U.S. Bill’s core competencies extend to value engineering, site development and showroom & service area design and construction.  He is a construction management professional.

In addition to serving as one of AutoBuilders’ business development executives, Bill conducts contract negotiations, manages the estimating, project management and superintendent departments for the Central Region.  His past experience in the automotive construction industry allows him to work with the professional project management team to ensure all projects are facilitated in keeping with AutoBuilders’ standards of excellence.

From a pure construction standpoint, Bill Nelson has deep knowledge and experience managing auto dealership construction projects calling for fast track builds, tight site orchestration and staging challenges as well as business continuity.
