AutoBuilders awarded a multi phase renovation and new construction project for Penske Chevrolet of Cerritos. The project calls for renovation of the dealership’s main sales building with reimaging to new/current Chevrolet Image specification.  Renovation of the parts department and construction of a new service drive and associated exterior features is also encompassed in the build out. The fast track project is being staged to allow continued, uninterrupted operation of the dealership during construction. Stewarding the project for AutoBuilders is Project Manager Luis M. Cruz. The projected completion date is August 2013.

AutoBuilders awarded the ground up construction project of Toyota of Surprise in Surprise, Arizona. The project encompasses an 8-acre site, the dealership’s state-of-the-industry showroom and offices, full parts and services departments with quick lube service bays and a detached 5,000 square foot car wash and detailing facility.

AutoBuilders awarded the ground up Construction Management project for Corona MAZDA®, a Corona, California MAZDA dealership. The project was awarded by Owner, Joe Cardinale and is located in Corona, California. The 17,679 square foot project’s slated completion date is November 2013.

AutoBuilders awarded a renovation and image rebrand construction project to complete Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Paramus, New Jersey.  AutoBuilders will renovate and remodel the nearly 30,000 square foot existing structure and construct a new showroom expansion of 5,000 square feet. The fast track construction project is phased, allowing the high volume dealership to remain open throughout the entire project.  Scheduled for completion in April 2013, the project was awarded by Chrysler Group Realty.

AutoBuilders awarded a remodeling and renovation construction contract to complete the Miller Motorcars of Greenwich, Connecticut luxury and sports car boutique. The project calls for AutoBuilders to renovate 15,000 square feet, updating the showroom to the very latest Ferrari-Maserati design standard. The project architect is Ridberg and Associates, Greenwich, CT.

AutoBuilders awarded a renovation and rebrand project of the Manhattan Fiat dealership located in Manhattan, New York. The 110,00 square foot, six-story project calls for AutoBuilders to renovate the building’s interior and exterior. The existing structure dates to the 1930s. The project is being facilitated on behalf of repeat customer Chrysler Group Realty.

The three-pronged integrated team consists of Penske Automotive Group, project architect John Corley of Black Corley Owens + Hughes PA, and AutoBuilders General Contracting Services. The Integrated Project Delivery Approach is one advocated by AutoBuilders for its inherent efficiency in designing and managing the entire construction process.
