Commercial Construction Project Manager

Construction Manager responsible for planning, procuring (scoping), implementing (organizing), controlling (scheduling) and closing commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct projects
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance
  • Proactive, reactive and mitigation problem solving
  • Negotiation and work scope development
  • Quality Risk Management

Requirements:

  • Successful, documented experience and track record
  • Advanced knowledge of processes, means and methods
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details and quality standards
  • Expertise with construction project management software
  • Plan and see big picture
  • Leadership and human resources management

Commercial Construction Superintendent

Provides effective, organized and consistent supervision and management of construction work for all trades and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years verifiable experience
  • Three verifiable client references
  • Ability to create and maintain three-week look aheads using Microsoft Project
  • Computer literate and capable of effectively using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
  • Exceptional spoken and written organization and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to light self-perform when prudent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage construction with sub-contractors
  • Maintain clear and complete understanding of drawings and scope
  • Scheduling
  • Manage quality standards
  • Coordinate trades to ensure consistent, productive work flow
  • Generate and distribute three-week look aheads
  • Manage safety program and requirements on-site
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings

  • Supervise and manage project completion and job close-out to meet schedule requirements

Construction Project Administrator

Subcontract administration, A/P processing, lien releases, G702/G703 billing formats, change orders. Timberline required. Pro-Core and Docusign are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up jobs in Timberline and assist PMs
  • Proficiency in Timberline, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Subcontractor contracts and change orders
  • Change Order Requests and Owner Change Orders
  • RFI’s, transmittals, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Project accounts payables
  • Check requests and weekly invoices outside normal monthly A/P sequence
  • Notice to Owners
  • Owner pay applications
  • Final project closeout—punch list preparation, warranty and files
  • Assistance with preparation and distribution of project close out books

Required Experience:

Accounting: Minimum one year
