AutoBuilders awarded a renovation and image rebrand construction project to complete Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Paramus, New Jersey. AutoBuilders will renovate and remodel the nearly 30,000 square foot existing structure and construct a new showroom expansion of 5,000 square feet. The fast track construction project is phased, allowing the high volume dealership to remain open throughout the entire project. Scheduled for completion in April 2013, the project was awarded by Chrysler Group Realty.
The project architect is Canzani Associates Architects. Also teaming with AutoBuilders in facilitating the project is venerable CBRE. Founded and operated by Thomas Canzani, Canzani Associates is an architectural firm based in Paramus. CBRE is the world’s premier, full-service real estate services company. Operating globally, the firm holds a leadership position in virtually all of the world’s key business centers.
