AutoBuilders awarded the ground up construction project of Toyota of Surprise in Surprise, Arizona. The project encompasses an 8-acre site, the dealership’s state-of-the-industry showroom and offices, full parts and services departments with quick lube service bays and a detached 5,000 square foot car wash and detailing facility. The project is being facilitated for Penske Automotive Group (“Penske”). AutoBuilders has also recently completed other projects for Penske-Hyundai of Round Rock (TX), Toyota of Round Rock (TX), Honda of Round Rock (TX), Commonwealth Audi (CA), Mini Cooper of Commonwealth (CA) and Crevier BMW (CA). The fast track project is slated for completion in November of 2013.
Combining aesthetic and functional technology, among other notable features the project includes an entry with custom integral stamped concrete and saw cut patterning on the exterior, an aluminum storefront with low “E” glazing and automated vertical sunshades. The project features two elevated car displays and an all LED exterior lighting package.
