Vice President
In construction, honesty is the foundation and integrity is the structure. Without them, even the highest-quality materials cannot sustain long-term success. I take great pride in being part of the AutoBuilders team, where we lead with our clients’ interests and deliver with accountability. I am energized by the opportunity to grow the business, strengthen partnerships, and build the future alongside our clients.
As Vice President of AutoBuilders General Contracting Services, Inc., Richard Friedrich brings over two decades of management experience and more than a decade of hands-on construction leadership across commercial, industrial, aviation, and automotive projects. A steady, solutions-driven executive, Richard oversees strategic operations and field execution on complex programs nationwide, ensuring every project reflects AutoBuilders’ commitment to precision, partnership, and performance.
Richard’s hands-on management style and technical acumen bridge the gap between field execution and corporate strategy. He provides oversight of complex developments spanning high-security aviation facilities, automotive dealerships, and large-scale commercial projects, where planning, regulatory coordination, and stakeholder alignment are critical to success.
Before joining AutoBuilders, Richard advanced through progressive roles in construction and facility management, leading multimillion-dollar builds and client relationships across Florida. His experience includes senior project management at Don Hinkle Construction and a seventeen-year tenure with Nutrien, where he directed the full build-out of a 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and its rail-integrated infrastructure.
Recognized for his calm leadership, accountability, and clear communication, Richard cultivates trust among clients, trade partners, and internal teams alike. His focus on schedule integrity, budget discipline, and safety excellence reinforces AutoBuilders’ reputation as a partner that delivers exactly what is promised.
Richard Friedrich is currently pursuing his Florida General Contractor License.
